Dear Nicole,
Just a note to say thank you for the superb holiday you arranged for me to Orlando a couple of weeks ago (seems like forever now!)
Everything went really smoothly and without any hitches.
The United option on the flights was great, just the amount of legroom needed to make a long flight much more comfortable, and the food, service and entertainment were brilliant.
Dollar rental were also fantastic. Pick-up was really quick and smooth with none of the frustrating inquisitions about buying extra insurance which I have experienced in the past. We were even offered a choice of car and fuel fill-up options and processed through really quickly. Drop-off was equally hassle-free.
The Mariner of the Seas was also fantastic. The itinerary was superb, on board entertainment fantastic and the champagne you organised for us on our anniversary night the icing on the cake.

Dear Harry,
After looking at many holiday brochures and internet sites I turned to “teletext” where I found your advertisement.
On ringing I spoke with Claire and after a short conversation giving her my requirements she said she would ring me back in 10 minutes, which she duly did.
Claire was friendly with an excellent telephone manner. She gave me costings and websites to look at the hotel etc.
I needed to speak with my husband to obviously discuss the details and suggested to Claire that I would telephone her back.
I would like to put in writing how helpful and professional Claire was in giving me all the information I needed and nothing was too much trouble for her. I am looking forward to our holiday to Clearwater in August of next year which we booked with Claire last night and hopefully many more family holidays with Ocean Florida.

Hi Matty,
I have just returned from the seven night cruise you booked for me with Carnival and wanted to let you know how great it was. Everything went smoothly and the cruise itself was great for everyone. The kids made friends and enjoyed the programmes on board whilst we managed to enjoy some well needed r & r!

Hi Danny,
Having just got back from our holiday of a lifetime we thought we would let you know how it went! The Trans-Atlantic from Southampton to Fort Lauderdale was stunning and the five nights of accommodation were just as good. Everything went without a glitch, our transfers picked us up and dropped us off on time and our flights home were comfortable with no delays – the service with US was great and the leg room has huge!

Dear Ocean-Cruise
We thought we'd let you know that we've just returned from an amazing holiday in Florida organised by your good selves. We've posted some comments on our resort (Vista Cay Orlando); hopefully a copy will be winging its way to you telling everyone we booked through yourselves.
This is the 2nd holiday you've arranged for us and each time we've been very pleased with the accommodation and our locations. Many thanks to all who've helped us book our holiday.
If you've not been to this accommodation it was amazing especially for a family of 5 - bathrooms everywhere and a proper kitchen which was so handy, especially with a 5 yr old who sometimes has to eat at different times to us adults so we were able to easily prepare things for her in the fast kitchen.
The cruise was also fantastic; everyone enjoyed themselves and, it being my first time on a Celebrity ship I was very impressed by the amenities and facilities. We were constantly entertained and it truly was a happy holiday!
So hey, thanks again and hopefully we'll be using you again pretty soon!

Hi Paul,
Just a short note to say that we had a lovely holiday, everything went just right. The flights, accommodation, cruise and car hire were just as booked. On the villa in Highlands Reserve I would just like to say this was out of the world, as was the cruise – the itinerary was amazing.
